Email support
Include your organization name and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Account deletion
Review the public account deletion instructions. A deletion request must be tied to the authenticated account and confirmed before processing.
Data access and export
To request a copy of eligible personal information, contact support from the email address associated with your Taskfini account. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organization that controls your workspace.
Workspace deletion
Workspace deletion is available only to the verified organization owner. Contact support for a reviewed deletion process. Submitting a request does not immediately or automatically delete workspace data.
