Request deletion of your Taskfini account.
These instructions are public. You must sign in to the Taskfini account you want deleted before submitting the request so we can confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.
How to submit a request
- Sign in to Taskfini using the account you want deleted.
- Open your profile and select Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account and review what will be affected.
- Confirm the request when prompted.
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Support will verify identity before accepting a deletion request. Do not send your password.
What deletion covers
Approved deletion removes or de-identifies eligible account information and revokes active sessions. Some organization-managed records may remain under the control of your employer, client, or service provider. Certain records may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Workspace data
Deleting an individual account does not automatically delete an organization workspace. Workspace deletion is a separate, reviewed process available only to the verified organization owner.
