Taskfini is owned and operated by M Strategic Ventures LLC. This policy explains how Taskfini collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when administrators, employees, clients, and vendors use the service.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details; organization, membership, role, scheduling, assignment, service-request, time and attendance, location check-in, signature, photo, note, and communication data; device and diagnostic information; and records needed to provide support, security, and billing administration.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Taskfini, authenticate users, enforce organization access, coordinate work, process requests, document service, provide support, maintain records, prevent misuse, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared with authorized members of the organization that controls the relevant workspace and with service providers that help us operate Taskfini. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

Location, photos, and permissions

Taskfini requests device permissions only when needed for a feature you choose to use, such as documenting service with a photo or recording a work-related check-in. Permission can be managed in your device settings. Taskfini does not require continuous background location access.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may also depend on the organization that manages your workspace. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information. Organization-managed data may also be controlled by your employer, client, or service provider. See our account deletion instructions or contact us for assistance.

Children

Taskfini is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
