Terms for using Taskfini.

These Terms govern use of Taskfini, a service owned and operated by M Strategic Ventures LLC. By accessing Taskfini, you agree to these Terms and any policies presented with the service.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use Taskfini only for lawful purposes. Organizations control their workspaces, memberships, roles, assignments, and organization-managed data. You may access only information and functions you are authorized to use.

Service and subscriptions

Features, trial periods, pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented before purchase on Taskfini's separately accessed web administration service. The native iOS and Android apps are for consuming an organization's existing access and do not provide checkout or external purchase direction.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant M Strategic Ventures LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, and support Taskfini. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, evade access controls, or use Taskfini to violate privacy, employment, intellectual-property, or other laws.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Taskfini available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Taskfini is provided “as is” and “as available.” M Strategic Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
