Free trial

Eligible new subscriptions receive a 30-day free trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.

Introductory pricing

Eligible vendor and employee-seat subscriptions receive 40% off their first two paid months. Regular pricing begins with the third paid month.

Cancellation

You may cancel before your next renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, and no additional renewal charge will be made.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can review the charge.
